Hi, my Device Id is 359704045484056. I just downloaded DrWeb antivirus yesterday. The password I chose does not work. I tried sending #UNLOCK# from my buddy list but that did not work either. Maybe because I used DrWeb to also block calls and messaging on my LG OPTIMUS BLACK ?? Can you help? Thank you! I REPEAT MY DEVICE ID NO IS 359704045484056.

lvlrh, if you are sure that the telephone number of buddy list is correct, try to send #RESETPASSWORD# from it.
So if it doesn't help, we can provide you with an unlock code.
To provide the unlock code we need to get confirmation that you are the owner of the device. To do so, please attach to the theme a photo of device box with clearly visible IMEI. If you hasn't the box, please attach a photo of the check of the device with your phone (it should see IMEI - it is usually situated under the battery).
So if it doesn't help, we can provide you with an unlock code.

Whispersmith, Please, I'm trying to unlock my LG-P698f for days. I contacted the support of Dr.Web and told me you could help, because they do not support Beta Dr Web.

These codes are wrong, said the cell.
My antivirus was connected to a chip that was in airplane mode, deactivated not to touch it while I slept. In the morning, do not I activated, I believe so the Dr.Web crashed my phone.
I need to unlock the phone that has only two months and I want to use guide to unistall my device this Web Beta, you can not have it right.
The chip is disabled on the phone has to have a solution
