I am attempting to use Dr. Web with the Windows 10 preview. I already use it with my phone and my Linux computer, where it has proven to be quite satisfactory. However, on WIndows 10, I am having some problems. It will allow me to activate Spider Gate and Spider Guard, but when I do, they are immediately deactivated. Further, I cannot activate the firewall. Are there any plans in process to fix these issues before Windows 10 is released?

Win 10 TP has not yet been released. We can't guarantee the correct operation of complex components and kernel-mode drivers in this unstable operating system. I recommend you wait for the official release.
