Hi,
I have donloaded today from Dr.Web's Web site the latest version of Cure it LiveCD.
But for some reason I am not able to load it.
It always hangs at this point:
waiting for uevents to be processed
I have tried graphic mode and normal mode but this onlys happens. Any idea on how to fix this?

Welcome to dr.web's forums

Please check your livecd image file with md5, corrupted image file can cause this kind of error, if you use an external download manager except your browser's, live cd image file can be damaged.

hi,

I have tested it and it is not corrupted. I have also verified the burned image.
Also this does not happen on my Desktop PC. only seems to happen on my laptop!

Hi,

Then it seems like a hardware issue, we see those linux error messages not only in drweb also in other linux distros which generally have hardware issues. You may want to try Dr.Web LiveUSB for your laptop or Dr.Web Cure It would be another good choice.
