Hello,

I know dr.web hasn't got good relationships other security softwares which have self protection too. So i use prevx and i set prevx self protection to minimum. I currently use SSP Beta 1, my problem is that SSP find prevx files as trojan. I know you would say that i can send files to dr.web but there are not any specific files because every other boot prevx creates different files but dr.web always catches them and prevx stops working and it gives an error message like in picture.

How should i prevent dr.web SSP to not detect those files?

You can try to exclude your files using filemask like this "pvx*.*"

Of course i can do it but there is not a setting "allow wildchars" in SSP spider guard exclusions tab.

Each file is 6 MB and it detected 20 files so i cant send every file, i have sent one of them.

I have been encountering the same problem many weeks already , i disabled Drweb and then updated Prevx but still will be good to fix the FP

There are prevx binary files you may need to exclude it.

C:\Program Files\Prevx\prevx.exe
C:\Windows\System32\pxsecure.dll
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\pxscan.sys
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\pxrts.sys
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\pxkbf.sys
