Anyone had this issue with Dr. Web's own scanner being a Trojan, this seems a bit off.

That's very interesting issue. Have you ever met this problem again after this detect?
Would you be so kind to collect SysInfo report (Agent menu - Tools - Support - Report for technical support) and attach it in this topic (or send me in direct message)?
