Hi.

i hope you all have a Great Day, you too Igor Danilov if you are reading :)

this subject was in my mind for almost a year, so i finally found out where is better here to ask it? where there is a possibility which this could monitor by Igor Danilov himself.

well whats the question? i'll tell you.

take a look at this news which published on 2013 from some trusted sources:

http://www.darkreading.com/vulnerabilities-and-threats/do-antivirus-companies-whitelist-nsa-malware/a/d-id/1112911

https://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/11/05/av_response_state_snooping_challenge/

the question is clear. the only companies which not answered to the questions was Symantec,McAfee,Microsoft accroding the news.

So we will assume that Doctor Web didn't receive that question in that time.

right now in 2017, nothing changed, the question still is alive, so Doctor Web, what is your official response to such these malwares created by hands of Governments?

Good Night!

Aha, the govs are such the dumbs, so that they just walked into the AV-vendor offices: "Hey guys, we've just implemented a new pretty naughty piece of spyware, would you just don't detect it, please. We are the good guys, you know." Is that the picture? Oh maybe a virlab specialist, analysing hers 57th piece of malware a day sees a watermark in the body "The Great Country Government property. Do not detect." and skips it?

it could be happens, but not that easy you are talking about, we are sure they are not come in your office to say hey this is a spyware which we want use that in a cyberware against another country, so do not detect it !  no they will not do such thing, BUT , they could ask Doctor Web to whitelist a spyware, so please just let us know, what is Doctor Web statement if recieve such request ! ;)

as you can see in the news, Symantec-McAfee-Microsoft, didn't answer to this question ! which means they have something to hide. so what about you Doctor Web?

i personally trust you, BUT it would be great if you clear your statement once for ever regarding this request ;)

e. Trojan production and uses must be traceable by establishing a National Trojan Registry with the fingerprint of each version of the software being produced and deployed. f. The trojans must be certified, with a yearly renewal of the certification, to ensure compliance with the law and technical regulation issued by the ministry
