anti-theft unlock request

Hi

I forgot my password. When I click on "forgot password?" Dr Web crashed and close suddenly.

I have access to my mail on Dr Web account. I take screen shot of the password recovery code, but this not work. Because every time code will change.

if you use your Support Portal for such these cases , i assure you, you'll have your answer much more faster ( me personally , got answer in less than 5 minutes from Support guys in my portal )

ممنون بابت جوابت. مشکل اینه من سریال نداشتم. کرک زده بودم. الان توی ساپورت سریال میخاد ازم. چیکار کنم؟

 

خب در اون صورت پشتیبانی نمیشی

احتمالا مشکل پیش اومده هم بخاطر همون موضوع بوده :rolleyes:

Aram, hello!

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your problem. Is it right that you try to unlock your phone?
There are some ways to unlock:
1. Then you have a crash, you can try to delete our application.
2. You can lock your phone at all. After that the code for our service will not change. You use our service, after that you should go to your mail on the computer and see the code for unlock. Then you should put it into field for the password. 

 

On the subject of crash, please write:
1. what is the Android in your device? What is the model of your device?

2. Is it crash any time then you tap "Forgot password?"  ?
3. What language(in system) do you have on your device?

4. Then you have crash message, could you write there some information, we want to find that in our crash-report list
Or maybe you can take log-file after crash and pick it there?
 

How you can save application event log:
1.Open the application menu on the Statistics tab and then tap Save log.
2.The log will be saved in DrWeb_Log.txt file located in the Android/data/com.drweb/files folder in the internal device memory.
