I'm using now KIS 2014. If I buy Dr.Web Security Suite license today, does license days count down? My the existing KIS 2014 license remains 270 days. Can I buy Dr.Web license and activate it when KIS license has expired?

The time count starts from license activation. Yes, you can buy it now and activate later.
