Would appreciate some assistance...

 

If DrWeb CureIt is run in standard mode on a system infected with Ramnit, and the scan results shows files are in a raised error condition,

does that mean that the files are corrupted/damaged?

 

Read all the guidance provided in the Help area of DrWeb CureIt, but could not find an answer.

raised error condition

It means that file not found/unable to read (sometimes due to permission restrictions). Check Cureit's logfile, if you see 'there are no infected objects detected' in it - everything is OK. You may also make (strongly recommended) LiveCD/USB, boot your PC from this disk/stick and check for viruses again.
