Hi.

This might not be an issue with Dr Web, so apologies if it isn't. I am trying to start the Uplay launcher, but in the launcher logs there are tons of this kind of message saying their security certificates have failed. Is this Windows (I'm running Windows 10) or Dr Web that is causing an issue?

Dr Web is my firewall software, and other internet security, though Windows is still set for Domain related aspects on the network. I turned that off but it still wouldn't run. Can I set up Dr Web (if it is the side having an issue) to accept these security certificates? I gave Uplay network allowances in Dr Web but the issue still persists.

This is an edited example - hopefully its enough for you to go on:

Certificate verification for host 'lb-upc-dmx.ubisoft.com' failed: 2148204809
Certificate verification failed, closing connection.
Certificate verification for host 'lb-upc-dmx.ubisoft.com' failed: 2148204809
Certificate verification failed, closing connection.
Certificate verification for host 'lb-upc-dmx.ubisoft.com' failed: 2148204809
Certificate verification failed, closing connection.

Thanks for any help with this, as its been an annoyance for months now!

It would be nice if you could provide more details. Which components are installed? Reproduce your problem, wait 2-3 min., click Dr.Web icon in the tray, Tools - Support - Report for technical support.

Attach a file here, or use any filesharing service. Don't forget about the time (HH:MM:SS) when the problem occured.
