I try solve problem* with DrW and try uninstall DrW SS Pro v6, download current DrW SS Pro v6, use DrWEB remover, try install DrW SS Pro v6, but it always crash. Can select installation languaga and that all. Installer allways crash.

* I have add new user (power user and then try admin rights) to system and this user can't create and modify anything about DrW firewall.

download current DrW SS Pro v6 -- pls show the exact size in bytes, check the Digital signature.

Hello,

There can be many problems which are related with malwares, if you are sure your computer is not infected please follow steps listed below.

It seems like you have msi installer problems on your system. I believe you can have this kind of error again if you want to install another .msi installation package.

Please uninstall dr.web product with add/remove application from control panel and after that with dr.web remover. Reboot your machine.

You should update the windows installer, please go to this link and download the last version of installer and please install it to your system and reboot.

After that please download windows installer clean up utility and run it, please see if there is anything related with dr.web if you find, please delete it with this tool.

I also recommend you to give full access to SYSTEM (choose allow in 'permissions of installer window')

Please inform us about progress.

I have actual window installer, but download and use windows cleaner utility and delete DrWEB forlder from program files and then it work.
