already did found all, blocked url on the top ones (gate?) and quantined the bottom row (guard?) on unpack.

Urls blocked Spider Gate. Disable Spider Gate & download this file. And run eicar.com

yes got them all. there are now 9 errors showing in guard stats. is this normal please?

I read it all, so the reason of error messages what?

reading my log it looks like if the scanner chooses to avoid scanning a file it registers as skipped. if the scanner is not allowed to read a file ie system file xyz access denied it is registered as an error. i may be wrong but this is what it looks like to me.

Last time i checked there were 96 now there are 6 errors

mine also seem to go down on their own sometimes!

I already sent an email to support with this topic link what are these errors but yours is logic mean protected files like password protected archives etc...
