Hello,

We've recently changed the default Plesk 9 port to something else. When we've done that DrWeb stopped working. When trying to launch "drwebd" the following gets reported:

Key file: /opt/drweb/drweb32.key - Key file was not found! (No such file or directory)
A path to a valid license key file was not specified.
Plesk authorization failed: HTTP request error [7]
 Error: Plesk Software not running.

First of all, the key-file isn't located at that path, the correct one should be (I think): /etc/drweb/plesk.key. Tried to change the drweb32.ini file to that but just got the following error:

Key file: /etc/drweb/plesk.key - License key file error!
A path to a valid license key file was not specified.
Plesk authorization failed: HTTP request error [7]
 Error: Plesk Software not running.

I've also tried to find where the Plesk port settings is set, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Does anyone here got a clue how to get DrWeb running when Plesk is running on a different port other than 8443.

Best regards,

CB

possible this is wrong key file. can you show
cat /etc/drweb/plesk.key |head -18

Dr.Web does not depend on port on wich Plesk is working.

Hi and thank you for your reply.

I've checked the file and it seams to be a SSH-key (-----BEGIN PUBLIC KEY-----). From what I understand from Paralells is that DrWeb requires Plesk running, http://kb.parallels.com/en/1658

Thanks,

CB
