Sorry, I've understood nothing. Can you explain step-by-step what you're doing and what gets wrong? And let Kaspersky alone - nobody can help with it here.

If you downloaded CureIt! v5.0 from the official Drweb site, it's for sure safe and useful. Turn off or at least pause "some protection programs" when using CureIt! v5.0. These programs can be buggy or too much suspicious.
BTW, it's a general advice - turn off, stop your antivirus, antispyware, etc. programs before scanning computer with programs from another vendor.

that's known KAV 2009 stupid HIPS behavior. when CureIt unpacks its files to a disk, KAV's displaying so weird message that nobody's able to understand

CureIt 5 and CureIt 4 are not the same. CureIt 5 works fine, there is nothing wrong with it. TURN OFF your "protection programs" before starting CureIt!. Period. Thank you. Good bye.

But in CureIt 4 protection programs TURN ON, no problems



I hope there CureIt 4 because it is faster at the beginning of operation and compatible with all the protection programs
