So it's been a while that I have been reporting a lot of samples to DrWeb that all got added.

I'd like to know what I need to do for becoming a Virus Hunter and what are the advantages of being Virus Hunter.

To become a Virus Hunter At Dr Web you need to do positive statistics on sending real viruses in the Dr Web virus laboratory. After sending 100-200 realness threats can get back to this issue.

Well, how can I know how many samples I sent to DrWeb since 2 years ago ?

 

All of my submissions were with my mail in the signature "fqsdfqsd1997@hotmail.fr" and I know that I must have around ~100 submissions but how to be sure on that number ?

If in the tickets will be a lot of garbage, analysts are denied status.  B)

there are not any garbage samples :D all of them are malware and all are added. So I should have a really good ratio.

spywar, do a search in your mailbox on the signature response virus lab

 

The corresponding entry is added to the Dr.Web virus database and will be available in the next update.

I don't keep the mails...I only keep the processing samples mail, the rest are deleted. But waiting for lab's response to know how many contributions I have done so far.

It seems like VMS is not working :(

I sent a sample but I'm not getting any mail back from VMS..

Also, the livedrweb virus analysts website seems frosted

но в целом можно сказать что он шлет немного (195 тикет с августа 2012), но по делу (большинство добавлено как новая малварь, пара отключенных фолсов, и часть не обработаны).
