Doctor Web announces the launch of a program of cooperation with companies that provide computer services to home users. As a Dr.Web Authorized Service Center (ASC), a partner would have a series of opportunities and competitive advantages, which in turn will help improve customer loyalty and increase customer numbers.
The status of "Dr.Web Authorized Service Center" guarantees that companies will have:
- the image of an official supplier of licensed software under a well-known brand name;
- tools for providing customer PCs with a high-quality anti-virus treatment;
- access to Dr.Web’s online product ordering system;
- a dedicated Dr. Web manager;
- extensive marketing and information support;
- opportunities for free training and certification of technical specialists.
Dr.Web Universal, an exclusive product, has been especially developed for Dr.Web Authorized Service Centers. It will only be made available to ASC customers.Dr.Web Universal gives them the right to use Dr.Web Security Space or Dr.Web Anti-virus for Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux to protect a single PC, and also provides free protection of one mobile device.
Early on, each Dr.Web Authorized Service Center is provided with a free start-up package, which, among other items, includes a service license for Dr.Web CureIt! and branding materials for service points.
