Hello,

I just bought Dr.Web Security Space for my Laptop and since then my browsing with Internet has

been very, very slow. It is much worse than with KIS and Kasperski is known to be 'heavy".

Is there anything to do to improve this very annoying situation?

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you very much! this did the trick! :)

Any idea if this service will be improved in the future? Because like it now it is more or less useless.

I got the same issue with "slow" and I deactivated the cloud and now seems to be working fine. Anyway the "cloud" function is indeed a cloud (a bunch of computers with different ip's located around the world) or is a term used for storage data on a remote server on your company and that's all ?

it's Ok, but it's not all.

In the cloud, the most current database of malicious sites, there is poisoned information from users.

If you participate in the software quality improvement program, impersonal data about Dr.Web operation on your computer will be periodically sent to the company servers, for example, information on created rule sets for Dr.Web Firewall. Received information is not used to identify or contact you.

Been with Dr Web since last year Cloud is on but no problems. A more major problem is not Dr Web but some websites where I post on technical subjects the one in particular is so slow its near dead stop to change pages and many posters browsers crash especially if using an internet phone.. Its all down to adverts and many tags from different companies. I use Yandex and they have a Java script console so I can watch what is happening and Dr.Web continually has to block bad Java Script.I solved the problem by removing ads[through a plug in program] although some dont like that   I cant say enough how happy I am with DR.Web as in the past I have been attacked by "heavy duty" hackers all failed except DR.Web.
