Spideragent Constantly "doing Something"

SpiderAgent.exe uses around 2% of cpu in regular intervals. It uses more CPU than any other process on my computer. Is this supposed to be normal, I don't remember dr.web using cpu like that in the past.
Pictures might explain more:

I don't understand why some tray agent uses more cpu per hour than for example: winamp, IRC, firefox or windows explorer.
I have disabled notifications and my updater runs only if computer is idle for 15 minutes.

edit: nope, the problem is still there despite the new versions and it's probably not anything mirc related

The SpIDerAgent.exe process is using the most CPU of all processes per hour in my computer. I have no idea why and it's unacceptable. Removed outpost firewall but didn't help, closed all active running programs which didn't help and tried to reinstall dr.web and use default settings but the problem is still there.
Regular jumps to 2% cpu usage even if I'm not even touching the computer, other processes are 0%.

It shows that SpiderAgent creates exactly 105 page faults every 1-2 seconds and almost everytime the page fault occurs, cpu usage rises to 2%. The total amount of page faults is increasing all the time and the total memory usage is also rising slowly. The memory usage starts from around 3mb and usually it's over 15mb when I shutdown my computer.
There must be some kind of a bug or error in the Agent.

Yes is it normal, spideragent don't care about your computer resources.
On pc with spiderguard, spidergate and dwengine I can confirm "doing Something" problem:
