False positive report

We have sent our program for analysis few times and Dr.WEB's responded with the following email "Your request has been analyzed. This is not a false alarm. Thank you for the cooperation."

 

Is there a better and more sophisticated way for companies like us to approach your technical lab and request our program to be white listed. Simply because our program has been white listed by many AVs over the past few weeks.

You may contact the company officially, explaining why Dr.Web should not detect your software. The contacts are on the website. 

In that case you may expect an official answer.

Yes I have sent them using the website's contact form. However if there is an alternative way too, please mention it here on the forum.

You may send reply to the virus analyst and provide reasons explain that your software is not malicious.
Почтовый сервер Eserv тоже работает с Dr.Web

Actually I have replied to the analyst but it seems like an automated analyst, that is why I am keen to have it manually analysed in order to get a better explanation than just a "This is not a false alarm" kind of a message.
