Hello, im a Samsung Galaxy Note user, my phone locked after change my sim card , i tried to put the code "in English" on the https://antitheft.drweb.com/
but it keep saying ERROR,, havent received any reply email in my email account, please let me know what can i do, im very urgently need to using my phone,, and i have try to send a message at your customer service center, but no email receive as well ,,PLEASE HELP URGENTLY~~~~~~~

First you have to switch to More Reply options. Then in new screen select the button 1, when the pictire will be attach, select the button 2, finally select Add Reply

Then you unlock your phone you can uninstall our application:
1. In the phone settings you select the item Security (or the Location and Security), there is the section Select a device administrators (or administrator device), there is need to remove the checkbox from DrWeb (if it's stay here). Then phone is locked antitheft, you can use the unlock code that you have.

2. Then the phone is unlocked, go to phone Settings, then Applications, choose the Manage applications, the list looking for Dr.Web, you go into it and hit Uninstall.

i have entered the password into the "ENTER PASSWORD" box, but it said incorrect password. After 10 errors when entering password all userdata will be seleted.

i turned off the phone n switch again,,, it said Kod=DYGSGOBNWOWIWOZA, it become different word
