In windows 7 64 bit ? Maybe c:\Program Files (x86)\DrWeb ?stratoc
where is the log?

The general answer - spiderg3.log file in the folder where you have installed Dr.Web

it's in the dr web program files folder. i clicked obtain on install and entered my number. i just did a clean install no errors showing as yet.
Show screenshot license manager (if exist).
AV install with disk or download ?

normal log. pc on gmt with auto update on.
Change to extended or debuging level
