This COD(in English) you should input in this service https://antitheft.drweb.com/?lang=en and then you get another letter on your email with the unlock code.
If it doesn't help please attach the photo of locked screen with COD.

Querida, quando eu digito o cod não aparece os dígitos e sim pontos.
Se você quer ver se estou digitando errado, será impossivel, pois não aparece na tela do telefone.
Estou digitando certo e com o teclado no modo ENGLISH.

Tenho este aparelho a 2 meses e quero usá-lo, preciso de uma solução. Este Dr.Web Beta deveria ser banido para download, já li também que ele não possibilita desinstalação? É verdade?

Meu telefone funciona da seguinte forma:
1. Chama, mas não consigo atender
2. Ligo e desligo a música que está na leta principal
3. Desbloqueio o ecra com minha senha
4. Depois disso, ele aparece a tecla do antifurto e nada mais posso fazer.

Por favor, não sei mais o que fazer. E quem vai se responsabilizar por isso?
