Hostsxpert is a freeware program which allow you to manuplate hosts file in your computer.
What is hosts file?
The hosts file is one of several system facilities to assist in addressing network nodes in a computer network. It is a common part in a operating system's Internet Protocol (IP) implementation, and serves the function of translating human-friendly hostnames into numeric protocol addresses, called IP addresses, that identify and locate a host in an IP network.

What is hostxpert?
HostsXpert is an ultra-groovy Hosts file Manager, Editor and Helper.
Please download HostsXpert from here. You will download an archive file which is HostsXpert.zip, please extract it with an archive manager like 7zip or build in windows zip extractor.
After extraction you will see HostsXpert folder and there are two files in it. HostsXpert.chm and HostsXpert.exe, please click on HostsXpert.exe file to run the application. Now you will see the main screen of it, see image below and please follow the numbered areas in picture, that would you lead how to restore original Microsoft Windows Hosts file.

56 Скачано раз- Note : Make Writeable? or Make Readable? If your hosts file is writeable the button will be Make Readable?, if your hosts file is only readable the button will be Make Writeable? If you see the button Make Writeable? please click it to allow HostsXpert manuplating hosts file.
- Secondly please click on Restore MS Hosts File button and then click OK.
- Now click on Make Readable? button.
- And close the application, that is all.
