well i was looking searching ... on DrWeb English forums... specialy in this forum ! Company news !

 

we speak English . DrWeb have some users who are English speaker ! so we need be aware from Company news , future plans from DrWeb.

 

we need feel we are Close with DrWeb ! DrWeb provide for us security , so why we cannot be aware from future plans and something like that ?

 

DrWeb , please ! be friend with us , more than now more than ever

this is not enough , and all we know it ! we need to feel close and more friendly with DrWeb Staff  but they are just focused in Russia forum ! what about us?

 

i think DrWeb just focused on Russia , if that is correct please let us know at least we all know users need to trust a company and see company behavior ( we know DrWeb in protection is great . but we don't know any kind behavior from DrWeb and DrWeb Staff , so DrWeb think there is no need to friendly feel between Company and users? )

 

these things realy need to change , *in my idea* DrWeb Staff behavior in Forum is not good ( even about anything else not just Support ! ) i send a ticket on Feedback page and ask them to send my feedback for Mr Boris Sharov ( DrWeb CEO )  but they just keep telling me the forum is not provide for Technical problems and support ! well i see !!! but problem is not just about Support ! we need to see a respectfully behavior at least from DrWeb staff ! you disagree?

i can bring for you 100 examples

 

1- about several months ago ( at least 2 ) i send a message to a DrWeb Staff in forum and still i have not my answer ! he even don't answer me and let me know to he don't know my answer !

2- when we open a topic , Staff come ( sometimes never come ! ) and fast type an answer and do a reply ! just reply is not enough ! no Hello ? no something like that? no regards? :|

3-  ......... i can bring for you 100 more examples !

 

now tell me if anybody is disagree with me

This forum is a forum of drweb users. Staff members although have the label, have same rights and follow same rules (mostly ). Staff is not obliged to answer, but may do it. 

Most of the English topics get their answers as far as I can see. 

The question you are talking was not answered indeed, maybe just because nobody knew the answer... 

 

So I do disagree with you and I may assure you, English speakers are very welcome here!

This forum is a forum of drweb users. Staff members although have the label, have same rights and follow same rules (mostly ). Staff is not obliged to answer, but may do it. 

Most of the English topics get their answers as far as I can see. 

The question you are talking was not answered indeed, maybe just because nobody new the answer...

DrWeb Staff is not part of DrWeb Companies? they are just active users on forum? i was thinking so far they are part of DrWeb Company team !

 

well nobody say us welcome as far as i can see !

for example yourself dear Sergeyko . i sen a message to you ( whit this subject : Hello, Some questions about Drweb ) . on 28 April 2016 .

i gave nothing , so my next message to you was on 9 May 2016 . still nothing ! even some answer like this : Hi Parham, i'm afraid i don't know your answer ! in the end Regards,Sergeyko bla bla ...

my last message to you was on 18 May 2016 ! i mean from 28 April to 18 May 2016 ! you give nothing to me even a welcome ! or the answer .

if you are part of DrWeb company? as i can see you are DrWeb Staff ( so i guess you should be part of Company team ) so this behavior from one of DrWeb Staff is realy bad ! not just bad , its very bad ,this is Devoid of any respect

 

this was about DrWeb behavior with us now i want to show you what else we have not but Russian users have

see? we have not any news for changelog for new version ! or DrWeb updates !

we just will be aware of changelogs if happen a big update ( i mean from 10 version to 11 version . ) but these changelogs with More Details , we have not them !

 

or another topics by news Robot on that forum , DrWeb just want to increase Russian Users knowledge ? becase in English Forum we have not any Security news which Russian users have and can discussion about that

 

i think we are welcome only in Ticket system , not in forum .

Hi guys

 

well i'm not really profesional in Translate ... just know a little Russian ( but in English i'm Ok ), i'm working on my Russian language by Google Translate...

 

if i underestand correct dear SergSG your mean was i can be a helpfull writer in the news page in DrWeb Company's Website, it's really great but i'm not really ready to be a writer for an offical place.. and i know also DrWeb don't want to do this risk by an amatur user in this matter

 

 but i want to help in forum so continue to what i'm doing in Company News forum it's my pleasure to be usefull for DrWeb and of course English Speakers in its forum
