When you update the DrWeb Live USB, is it possible to permanently save the update signatures to the USB Flash Drive so that the USB Flash Drive will be up-to-date after each use?

Dr.Web LiveCD saves all its settings and temporary files only in RAM. On the other hand you can use snapshot to save all changes, log files and temporary files created during scanning on local disks or flash drives.

You can manually update the usb flash drive yourself. See here
